THE GATEWAY TO INDIA

Are you craving for a delightful dishes with finest ingredients, wonderful cuisines and outstanding atmosphere with the mix of modern and traditional vibes to it? Impeccably design interior at its finest and a wide variety of local & international delicacies, surely gateway to India, La Porte Des Indes located at The Address Hotel, The Dubai Mall, with my beloved friend fashion & beauty blogger Liuoaa of Jam The Glam we both explore this amazing place and absolutely enjoyed the dining experience.
The inspiration behind La Porte des Indes reflects the cuisine of the Gallic influenced dishes representative of Pondicherry, a former French colony in India. As Executive Chef of the La Porte des Indes group since 1996, Mehernosh Mody’s successful tenure comes from many months spent in Pondicherry where he fully immersed himself in the traditional French-Creole communities and researched guarded recipes from French, Tamil and Creole families.
The restaurant was designed by Mr. Bourton, the Brussels-based head designer of the Blue Elephant group, who has designed over 20 of the world’s most iconic restaurants. La Porte des Indes Dubai brings together fine dining, private dining, lounges and bars to create a destination for Dubai’s residents and guests.
The La Porte Des Indes, truly a sanctuary for culture and heritage with a little bit touch of modern contemporary architecture, grandiose high ceiling that gave a luxurious feel brought by the glamorous chandelier, surrounded by led crystals lights are just simply kept my eyes mesmerize.
